Medical
Everyone knows the medical system can not only be confusing but very frustrating. ANGEL KARE ADVOCATE can help you navigate, whether it be to set up an outline for your daily medications, organize after-visit summaries, or make phone calls on your behalf.
Pricing is $65.00/hour for a typical need, such as a meeting to prepare a layout for prescriptions and organizing a binder.
Funeral Planning
Losing a family member is an emotional experience, and grief can make the funeral planning process difficult. ANGEL KARE ADVOCATE can assist in final arrangements to relieve your family of both emotional and financial burdens. We can also offer support to those who have an immediate need to plan a funeral for a family member or friend who has passed away.
Pricing for this service is to be determined, as based on need.
Real Estate
Real Estate is changing from second to second. ANGEL KARE ADVOCATE is here to help you whether it is with general questions or preparing and selling your current home, cabin, or investment property. A licensed Realtor® for the state of Minnesota since 2003; I can provide an ethical, judgment-free, and helping hand for questions, markets or even selling your real estate.
Pricing for real estate transactions will be completed under the National Realty Guild umbrella. Real estate transactions will be based on a commission that will be determined on an individual basis.
Notary
When planning for anything in life, there are always documents that need to be legally notarized. Having a notary at your side can make this paperwork less of a headache.
Pricing will be discussed based on the number and document types.
ABOUT ME
I know the medical system is not easy to navigate, this became very clear when my parents started to have medical issues in 2021. My father started having transient ischemic attacks (TIA); a minor stroke that sometimes cannot be seen on imaging, and my mother had her own medical issues. At one point they both were in the hospital but on different floors. I found myself becoming overwhelmed; with the medication changes, appointments, and physical therapy, I needed help. That is when I started to create “systems” that were easy to maintain and understand. After several visits to clinics and hospitals with my parent's medical binders, I received positive comments from nurses, doctors, and others on how well organized and detailed they were. I knew this type of service could help others.
